My poster has not arrived yet
Your package will be shipped with Post Danmark or GLS within 2-3 business days and you will receive a tracking number so you can track your order. If there is not a name on your mailbox, Post Danmark or GLS will not deliver your package. If you are not home when the mail arrives, the package will be delivered to the local post office or at the local package shop. If you have any questions, please contact us at email@example.com.
What should I do if an item is damaged or I have received a wrong item?
Unfortunately, we may have sent an incorrect item or that the product will be damaged during transport. If you have experienced it, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I cancel my purchase?
Yes you can. Write to us at email@example.com and we will find out. Please indicate your order number or invoice number, as well as whether you want the money back or exchange for another item.
I have not received an order confirmation
Often, because the email address entered in connection with the purchase is incorrect or because the order confirmation has landed in your spam filter. If you contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, we will ensure that you receive it.
When will the money be deducted from my payment card?
The money for the purchase will first be deducted on your credit card when the order is packed and ready for dispatch. For security reasons, it is not possible to deduct a larger amount on your card than you have approved.
Is it possible to get a poster of own choice?
There is the opportunity to make a poster on your own request. However, we reserve the right to refuse portrayal of certain types of items that are directly related to nudity.
